This suite is located on the first floor, comprising electric sockets, plus light fittings. Gas central heating system fitted throughout the communal areas as well as in each office. A large, lockable window to allow for natural light, which also has privacy sheeting fitted to the inside of the glass. Fully decorated in neutral tones, with carpet tiles fitted. Our current tenants are vacating 15th October 2018. The office will be available to view before this time, however will still be occupied by the tenant.
You have FREE 24hr access to your suite. The site can only be accessed via swipe card, so you have peace of mind that no intruders can gain access.
We have a security team on site at all times, for your peace of mind and state of the art CCTV systems being monitored and recorded 24/7.
If you are expecting a delivery, but are not going to be present when it arrives, just notify a member of staff beforehand and we will gladly accept on your behalf, at no extra charge to yourself. You also benefit from an in-house cleaner, once per week to clean down the communal areas. Each suite also has it’s own post box, clearly marked and located in the foyer.
You have full use of the kitchenette located on the first floor. Additional to this, there is a, which you also have full use of toilets and washroom facilities, two of which are located on the ground floor.
This suite is allocated 1 parking bay. If more are required, then please notify a member of staff up on enquiry.

ALL utilities, i.e. gas water and electricity, are included within your rental charge. If you require a landline or broadband line, then you are responsible for any charges this may incur.
