Yes, you can reserve a unit, however, a £60 (no VAT) reservation fee is charged. Units can be reserved for up to 28 days. The reservation fee is non-refundable should you decide not to complete a tenancy agreement or move in within the 28 day period.
Rent includes all utilities i.e. gas, electric & water rates. Telephone lines and internet connection are to be installed and paid for by the tenant. Each office has its own post box in the foyer of the office building. In the event you are not present and the parcel will not fit in your post box, then a member of staff in the reception can accept on your behalf. You will then receive a courtesy call to advise we hold a delivery in our reception. All tenants have the use of toilets and a small kitchenette to the first floor. You will be supplied with one set of keys to gain access to the office building and your own office suite. If you have more than one person working in the office at different times and need extra keys, then it is the tenants responsibility to provide these.
We charge all our offices suites on a per calendar month basis, payable in advance. Invoices will be issued 10 days before payment is due. Payments can be made using a credit/debit card, cash or cheque.
Office tenants will be supplied with their own set of keys to gain access to the office block and their own office suite. Each office is linked to an alarm system. The office will remain protected until the tenant inserts their suite door key. Upon exit the alarm will automatically activate once the door is locked. Tenants will be issued with an allocated 5 digit alarm code. If you are the first person to enter the office block you will need to enter your 5 digit code in order to de-activate the communal areas. If you are the last person the leave the office block, the alarm will instantly know you are the last person when locking your suite door and will automatically set the alarm for the communal areas. If at any time you need to override the alarm system, you can do so by using your allocated alarm code. The alarm panel provides accurate instruction as to who has been in and out of the building. The door situated inside the foyer prevents outsiders from gaining access to the communal areas. Each office has therefore been fitted with a buzzer to notify tenants of deliveries/ visitors. The site is equipped with 24/7 monitored and recorded CCTV and our security team are contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
